How do I find what I'm looking for?

If you have some idea of the product name or gift type you are looking for, you can try typing a key word or phrase into the Find a Product box which appears on the left hand side of every page of the Cheeky Monkeys website.

When you then click on Search, the list of products which most closely matches your request will come up on screen. The more specific your research request, the more likely you are to be directed straight to what you are looking for. If you type in a vague word or phrase, the list on display is likely to be longer.

Browsing

The alternative to the Find a Product box is to use the category section - also on the left hand side of every page. If you click on any of the category buttons, a list of sub-categories will come up. Click on any of the sub-categories to view the products below it.

For more detailed information about the products displayed, you can click on the More Info buttons which appear at the bottom of every item which appears on screen.

What about privacy?

Unless you have ticked the box to say that you would like to be sent details of special offers from time to time, we promise never to pass your details on to any third party (other than the lucky recipients of your presents) and will only email you in advance of a birthday listed in your birthday book and again in time for Christmas.

Do you accept international orders?

CheekyMonkeys.com welcomes orders from all over the world. However we regret that, at present, we can only deliver within the UK mainland.

How much do you charge for delivery?

There is a standard charge of £4.95 for each U.K. mainland delivery up to a maximum of 20 kilos. If an additional charge is required for items over 20 kilos you will be informed at the time of order.

Which countries are included in the UK?

U.K. mainland consisting of England, Scotland (excluding the Highlands and Islands) and Wales. Rates for Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Highlands and Islands can be obtained on request.

Deliveries will be made either by courier or, for smaller light items, Royal Mail first class post.

How long will it take to arrive?

All items in stock will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.

What is your returns policy?

We guarantee that there will be no monkeying around if, for whatever reason, either you or the lucky recipient of your present are unhappy with the item you have purchased. All you have to do is return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days and we will either replace it, exchange it for another item or a credit note or issue a full refund. This does not, of course, affect your statutory rights.

However should the item be damaged or faulty, please contact us on +44 (0)1730 821833 before posting.

Please include with the item a copy of the delivery note with comments and instructions. Please wrap the package safely and return to:

Please also obtain a free proof of posting from your Post Office when returning anything to us as this will help trace any packages that go astray.

Where an item is not faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
