These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Pricing

• All prices are accurate at the time of publishing and include VAT where applicable.
• All prices are subject to adjustment including any changes to the rate of VAT. You will be notified of any price changes at the time of ordering.

Portrayal of Products

• Every attempt is made to portray items as accurately as possible, although slight variations may occur.
• All measurements and age guidelines are approximations.
• The reproduction of colour is as accurate as photographic and publishing procedures will allow. Please be aware that there may be differences in colour depending on individual screen calibration.

Availability

• All items are subject to availability.
• While every effort is made to keep our stock levels up to date, there may be some instances where items you have ordered are not available. Should this occur your order may be delayed for up to 28 days while our stocks are replenished.
• Standard delivery orders where one or more item is out of stock will only be shipped once all of the items are back in stock. Express delivery orders will be shipped within the agreed time limit regardless of item availability.
• You may remove any out of stock items from your order. Please call +44 (0)1730 821833 and speak to a member of our sales team.
• You will be informed as soon as possible if any items you have ordered are not available.
